That\nthreat is even more dire to communities of color\, particularly those that live\nin areas vulnerable to pollution and extreme weather. Climate Change also\npresents a unique opportunity to drive our economy towards clean energy\nsolutions that would make our air and water cleaner while energizing local\neconomies.\n \n Arizona is ground zero for this critical policy debate. Arizona's Latino electorate is rapidly growing and their federal representatives know they can no longer ignore this significant constituency.
