His research focuses on the development\, implementation and evaluation of social and behavioral interventions that will address health disparities and foster thriving individuals and communities. Most of his work focuses on improving outcomes for HIV\, TB and cancer treatment among sexual and gender minorities and cisgender men globally. Dr. Daniels is currently on the planning committee for "Multisectoral engagement to improve gender equity in TB and ensure no one is left behind" event for the WHO International Men's Day on November 18\, 2022. He is also currently serving as the PI on two NIH-funded studies to understand barriers and facilitators for TB treatment initiation and completion among men in South Africa.
