Piper Fellows Program

The Piper Fellows program acknowledges the never-ceasing demands of nonprofit leadership and offers opportunities for Maricopa County leaders to retool, refresh, and renew their skills. A Piper Fellowship offers the potential for a $90,000 Piper Trust commitment to a Fellow’s organization. Piper Fellows are also supported through a variety of ongoing learning opportunities. Piper Academy

Through special convenings, Piper Trust brings renowned experts in fundraising, board development, and other topics of interest to grantees. Piper Academies offer professional development opportunities for executive directors, board members, and select staff of Piper Trust’s grantee organizations. Piper Academies feature experts from across the country and provide a forum to share insights with professionals doing similar work. Good Governance Fund

Piper Trust’s Good Governance Fund supports efforts of nonprofits in building and engaging strong and engaged boards. Via a competitive process, current and former grantee organizations can apply to the Good Governance Fund for grants up to $15,000 that support efforts to strengthen nonprofit board governance practices and leadership.
