Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus two (2) years of environmental services supervisory/lead experience or one (1) year of experience as a dual rated Environmental Services Supervisor with TOGE. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 10 years experience in Food & Beverage; 5 of the 10 years must have been in a management position in a multi-property/multi-outlet casino operation with over $30 million in revenue; must have been directly involved with at least 3 casino openings; must have both Tribal and commercial gaming experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement. Construction experience and being bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
