Position: Lead Generation/Business Development Intern

Duration: 6-12 months ((Paid Commission), fully engaging)

Hours: 10-15 hours per week
About the Role:
As a Lead Generation/Business Development Intern, you will help the Alexia Network Foundation grow its client base and expand its services. You'll develop and execute strategies to identify potential clients for our spiritual speaking engagements, custom-designed materials (flyers, posters, brochures, greeting cards), and social media ad services. This role will give you hands-on experience in prospecting, building leads, and supporting business growth through research and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships for future partnerships.
- Assist with crafting compelling pitches to promote our services: Flyers, Spiritual Speakers (Any Topic), Posters, Brochures, Social Media Ads, and Greeting Cards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Track leads, interactions, and outcomes through practical reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to our foundation's mission.
