We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales driven leader to grow our relationships and revenue in our markets. As LDM Sales Manager, you will drive growth in the B2B Building materials industry. LDM has a very unique portfolio of European tools and materials that will help to meet your goals. LDM is part of a global company that has presence in the US, Mexico, Panama, Colombia and Peru.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Accurately track inventory to maintain all products in stock

Work directly with the General Manager to improve sales operations locally and company wide

Continuously improve through feedback Minimum Requirements 2-3 years equivalent experience in Building materials Industry 2-3 years equivalent experience in B2B Industry High School diploma/GED, college degree preferred Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices Travel required: 25% of the time Spanish as a second language is required 

Compensations Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/ year Plus bonuses based on yearly performance
