** Postponed ** DATOS: The State of Arizona's Hispanic Market- TUCSON

Friday, October 9, 2020 (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM) (MST)

Description

** Postponed **

Like other business and community members, we are closely monitoring developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our highest priority is doing our part to maintain the health and safety of our members, partners, team and friends.

Because of this, and in an abundance of caution we have postponed our 9th Annual DATOS Tucson event in October. We will announce our new date for later this year soon!

For 24 years, the AZHCC has published DATOS: The State of Arizona’s Hispanic Market, the most comprehensive compilation of research on the impact of Hispanics on the Arizona marketplace. The report is unveiled at the annual DATOS TUCSON breakfast, which draws over 400 of the state’s most influential business and community leaders. The annual DATOS report, published by the AZHCC, shows the overall economic impact of the state’s fast-growing Latino population. The report features data and analysis on a broad range of issues, including small business ownership, health care, demographics, technology, education, mass media, and how these topics impact the Latino and non-Latino communities statewide.

The AZHCC partnered with Vitalyst Health Foundation to provide a new lens for DATOS. This dynamic framework explores data on Arizona Hispanics with relation to the social determinants of public health including, but not limited to, education, economic opportunity, and health care. There are 12 such elements of a healthy community and every year DATOS will select one for a deep dive perspective.

In addition to sharing data on the Hispanic population and business as we do every year, the 9th Annual DATOS TUCSON event will highlight Education. DATOS provides a comprehensive overview with subject matter experts.

Over 400 business and community leaders are expected to attend the breakfast conference at the beautiful Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort.

Event features:

  • Mini-Expo - Check out the vendors at the Mini-Expo.
  • USB Drive - All attendees will have the latest 2019 DATOS report and all previously released AZHCC research publications.
  • Network, Connect and Engage with the AZHCC Familia
