We are thrilled to invite you to the First Friday Fiesta on Friday, March 7, 2025, as part of the 2nd Annual Phoenix Mariachi and Folklorico Festival, with a special tribute to International Women’s Day at the Herberger Theater Center. We are specifically looking for vendors, with a focus on Latina women-owned businesses. 

Since space is limited, spots will be filled on a first-come, first-paid basis, so we encourage interested vendors to apply early

Logistics:

Event Time: 5:00pm - 10:00pm 

Load-in Time: Begins at 4:00pm. 

All vendors must be fully set up by 5:30pm. 

Load-in Location: 3rd Street and Monroe. 

Tear Down: Begins at 9:00pm. All setups must be completely removed by this time. 

Parking: Please note that there is no on-site parking. 

Vendor Requirements:

What to Bring: Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and battery-operated lighting. 

Payment Options: Be prepared to accept electronic payments.
