We invite you to join us on October 6th for an informational session focused on upcoming opportunities for Small Business Enterprise (SBE) partners and first-tier subcontractors on the McCarthy T3N2 project.

This event will share the scopes for GMP 4, scheduled for Q4 2025, which includes scopes such as architectural wood casework, resilient flooring, ceiling treatments, site concrete, metal doors and frames, signage, finishes and window treatmets among others.

Additionally, first-tier subcontractors for civil, concrete, mechanical, plumbing, skin systems, steel, and structural framing will be introduced, offering attendees a chance to understand how these scopes integrate into the broader project.
