Benjamin Hernandez

A graduate of Arizona State University’s Master of Real Estate Development program, Benjamin Hernandez began his career in commercial real estate as a land surveyor for six years. Prior to becoming a tenant advocate, Benjamin was an associate at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates working in the Land, Industrial and Office sectors. He utilizes his education and experience in commercial real estate and and development to deliver exceptional results to his clients.  

Along with his North Star designated broker and teammate, Karyn MacVean, Benjamin is a founding member of Arizona Spaceport Alliance which is a non-profit, organized effort to bring a spaceport to the State of Arizona. Benjamin can be found in boardrooms and on panels across Arizona sharing his extensive knowledge on spaceports and the commercial space industry helping to develop strategic and sustainable solutions.
