Hospice of the Valley
"Hospice of the Valley"
Hospice of the Valley is the leading provider of end of life care in our community, turning no one away since volunteers founded our not-for-profit agency in 1977. We care for physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs — and provide support to family members. Our in-home palliative care programs help those struggling to manage chronic illness, transitioning from the hospital or living with all stages of dementia. No-cost services include grief support for children and adults; a compassionate perinatal program for expectant couples who are told their baby will not survive after birth; music and pet therapy visits to cheer patients; and help with senior placement and living wills. We also honor veterans nearing end of life with a special tribute pinning. For more information, visit hov.org or call (602) 530-6900 anytime.
