After years of serving her community through volunteer work, professional roles, and legal support positions, she was inspired to open her own business in 2024 with the mission of helping others gain employment, maintain licensing, and access second-chance opportunities.

Since opening her doors, Serena Fowler has built a reputation for professionalism, accuracy, and community commitment. Signature Fingerprinting has proudly served over 3,500 clients—including teachers, healthcare providers, and other professionals—while also extending mobile services to organizations such as nursing homes, schools, and businesses.
