Interested in learning the basics of Mayan Abdominal/Uterine Massage? This workshop is intended to provide you with the basics and teach you hands on techniques. Every participant will receive and give a massage. You will also receive your own cloth 'faja', a wrap. If you have questions please feel free to contact Dr. Ana Lara by email or phone.
