Recruiter/Client Relations
Home Care Powered by AUAF is a driven, people-focused working environment scouting for a candidate who will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with department managers, identify staffing needs and anticipated future growth
- Manage and update job descriptions for internal and external use, in consultation with Human Resources
- Manage online job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn, and keep up to date with developments in online recruiting
- Collect resumes, review applications, and conduct initial screening of job candidates
- Attend regional job fairs and recruitment events
- Schedule applicants for application appointments with Enrollment/Client Relations
- Schedule applicants for interviews
- Notify applicants of the interview status, including when rejected
- Assist other departments in recruiting
- Maintain recruiting spreadsheets and issue regular reports on recruiting efforts
- Adhere to all AUAF policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media/online recruiting
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass state-required background checks
- Maintain an impeccable driving record and operate a reliable vehicle
Preferred
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in a second language, with a preference for Spanish
- Able to travel outside of of Peoria office & Mesa office
