Our goal is to jump start the year with a panel discussion on how inclusive leadership has been modeled throughout the pandemic and explore the path forward from varied perspectives within leadership.
The panel composition envisioned will include expert voices from a diversity leadership organization or consultant, marketing and media communications, higher education expert who can speak to preparing graduates for this new and evolving job market; lastly, expertise in organizational culture to address pandemic-related disruptions and long-term impact to the work environment such as practices to hire and retain diverse candidates.
